Room Six

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at, the staff is amazing, and the food is magnificent. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

A Private Wine Country Escape

Room Six, located on the main floor of the estate house, was designed for taking in the expansive views that you won’t find at any other B&B in the Willamette Valley. Immerse yourself in our Oregon wine country estate as views of the Willamette Valley, Erath, Torii Mor, and the Black Walnut Vineyard surround you. Windows on every side let in natural light, and frame your views of Mount Hood and Mount Jefferson. The generous oversized bathroom with a double vanity, deep soaking tub, and separate dual head shower provide plenty of room to spread out as you prepare for your day of wine tasting in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. This ground level room provides easy access to the house’s main patio, and is our most accessible room for those with limited mobility. In the evening, enjoy a glass of wine by the fire pit on your secluded veranda before turning in to your luxurious California King bed.

No need to go to Tuscany!

After traveling down 101 along the Pacific coast, the Black Walnut Inn is a completely different experience, and a welcomed one. It is truly a transposed piece of Tuscany. We stayed in room 3 beginning on 29 June and were captivated by the sweeping beauty of the vista. Cool breezes blow across the higher elevation of the Inn. Taking gentle walks around the vineyard are inspiring. Breakfasts are creatively prepared. The room amenities are top shelf. Chelsea and Meghan were wonderful hosts. Yes, The Black Walnut Inn is expensive but well worth the money.
