Policies for Staying at Our Willamette Valley Inn
Rates and Room Occupancy: All rates are based on double occupancy as they accommodate a maximum of two persons only. We can accommodate one extra person in a guest room or suite for an additional $100/night. Please inform us of this request at least 48 hours in advance.
Check-In: Rooms are guaranteed by 3:00 pm on the day of check-in. Guests may check in between 3:00pm and 5:00pm daily. If you believe you will arrive after 5:00 pm we ask that you please call the Inn 24 hours in advance and we will arrange for your late check-in packet and key to be on the front desk upon your arrival as we do not have 24-hour reception.
Check out: Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of check-out as we need to prepare the rooms for arriving guests.
Early Checkout: We expect our guests to stay with us for the duration of their reservation and the room has been made available for their use. With this in mind, we hope you understand that in the unfortunate event that you have to leave earlier than planned, we are unable to offer a refund for any unused nights.
Minimum Stay Requirements, Non-holiday: May 1 to October 31, two night minimum on weekends and two night minimum for certain rooms throughout the entire week.
Minimum Stay Requirements, Holidays: New Year’s, Martin Luther King, President’s Weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Fourth of July, IPNC, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Call for rates and minimums.
Payment: A deposit of one night’s stay will be charged at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cash. Please note, this deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: Room deposits are not refundable. To cancel or change a reservation for one to three rooms, please call at least 30 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival. We will happily assist you in transferring your reservation to a new date. Changes within 30 days of arrival will incur a $100 change fee per room. Cancellations within 30 days of your reservation will incur a charge equal to the full value of the reservation unless the inn is able to fill any part of the reservation. Reservations for more than three rooms follow the policy above but require at least 60 days advance notice.
Trip Insurance: We strongly recommend trip insurance for all of our guests due to our strict cancellation policy.
Smoking: In observance of local ordinances, we have a no smoking policy throughout our entire premises. Any violation of this policy will result in cleaning fees equal to a minimum of one night’s stay. Smokers who render a room unacceptable for incoming guests must compensate the inn for lost revenue.
Children at the Inn: We do not accommodate children. All guests must be at least 16 years old.
Pets at the Inn: We regret we cannot accommodate guest’s pets. We also do not allow pets left in vehicles. Please contact Tail Wag Inn, located in Dundee for your pet’s stay at either 503-554-9000 or 888-554-9025 where your pet will be well cared for.
