Elegant and Rejuvenating

Staying at the Black Walnut Inn was the perfect start to our vacation in Oregon. The views from our room (#9) were breathtaking. The bed was the ultimate in comfort. The breakfasts were divine. (We loved the hash and the crispy potatoes— wish we asked for the recipe). Looking forward to a return visit.

Beautiful, Relaxing Inn

For breakfast both mornings we enjoyed cappuccinos, scones and biscuits, the pancakes, eggs benedict, farmer’s plate, and the egg tartine. It was all delicious, but my stand out of the meals was the crispy potatoes—they are seriously life changing. Crunchy whole but smashed little potatoes with some kind of dry rub. I could eat them every day.
