Yoga + Wine Meditation

Sundays this Spring  |  April 22nd, April 29th, May 6th + May 27th

We've partnered with VINEBLOOM to create a yoga + guided wine meditation series open to guests and the public on Sunday mornings. It’s in the spirit of Spring and new beginnings that we invite you to share in this experience blending the practice of yoga and the beauty of wine. 

The experience includes 50 minutes of yoga, followed by a 50 minute guided wine meditation that integrates tasting two featured wines. Guests can choose to do either or both of the sessions. The wine meditation focuses on connection, intention, and presence within yourself and with others through wine. We will learn about the wines you are tasting while celebrating and appreciating the winemaking process from vine to glass. This is a perfect workshop to bring a friend, a family member, your partner, or anyone else you would like to deepen your connection with, and truly learn to enjoy wine together in a different way. You will leave this workshop feeling centered, connecting and radiating positive energy. A great way to start your Sunday!

Yoga and meditation are $45 individually, or $75 for the full experience.
